Ms. Farida F Mistry is a Master Trainer & Makeup EXPERT for the past 18 years having expertise in the field of grooming, soft skills and Personality development. She served Retail & Luxury Industry sector for 10 years. She then became affiliated with L'OREAL INDIA as Country Head Training - for 7 yrs VLCC as General Manager Training for 4 years and with Lakme India as Head of Training & Development for 5 years. Farida has also been a Master Trainer with International Luxury brands like Shiseido, Clarins and YSL.

Since 2016, she is on a mission to empower professionals through training and development. She's now involved in training and development of individuals and to keep motivated and equip them with latest knowledge of their field and making them an Expert. She is enlisted on the panels of Government of India being one of the sixteen members (DGET) for developing short term course in field of Makeup, Hair, Skin & Spa. Farida is associated with Sankalpa to reach out to the underprivileged sector of society and empowering women and training them to become individual professionals and live a successful life.

Mr. K Bhushan is a well recognized Electronics Industry Specialist. He has held many lead positions with various public limited companies and holds vast experience in the domain of Marketing, Production, Finance, Corporate Planning, and Management of Consumer, Communication, Automation and IT Related Businesses.

Mr. Bhushan is an Electronic Engineer from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore and also a Post Graduate in Business Management. He started his career with the TATA group and was responsible for marketing and sales of Electronic Systems and export of NELCO products.

In 1980 Mr. Bhushan joined UPTON Group as Vice Chairman and MD. He was instrumental in taking company's Turnover from INR 28.7 million to INR 4000 Million by 1990. Mr. Bhushan then joined Yogogawa India Ltd. as its Managing Director where he diversified the Company's business from Industrial automation system to software. Here he established a modern Software Technology Park at the Electronic City, Bangalore. Mr. Bhushan then had a wonderful stint with Cosmic Softech Ltd. as its Managing Director.

Since 2010, Mr. Bhushan has been serving as the Full time Chairman of I.V. Communications Ltd. He has been member of the State Electronics & Communication Board and has also been Chairman of Council of State & Public Sector Electronic Corporations and Companies (COSPEC) and President of IETE, AIMA, WISITEX and several other professional organisations from time to time.

Mr. Krishna has been the backbone of Digital Info Solutions Pvt. Ltd. since its initiation and has been the key driver of the company for where it stands today. Under his guidance and hard work the company has grown manifold during the last decade.

Mr. Kumar holds a B.Tech in Electronics & Communications and has an extensive experience of more than 10 years in the IT domain and is committed to develop industry-leading software solutions and services, to help manufacturers signigicantly improve quality, productivity and progitability.

He has played a major role in managing and executing various ERP, MIS and Networking Projects for Corporates ranging from different sectors such as Hospitality, Textiles, Footwear, Tobacco, Manufacturing and Prototyping industries etc.

Mr. Kumar specializes in Software and Hardware Projects Development and implementation and also has very exceptional Marketing and Selling skills. He is the man behind the position that DIS holds today.

Under his Leadership DIS has been appointed MSP of RailTel (Miniratna Enterprise under Ministry of Railways Govt Of Inida) for Delhi & Punjab Circle to extend it's railwire services.

Mr. Kumar is the Founding member of the Company and holds 50% stakes in the company and is dedicatedly involved in enhancing the business foray of the company.

Under his guidance DIS has acted as Technology Consultants focused on offering BPO services, Software Development, Voice and data Networking, Data Management services and also providing solutions for a Dynamic Environment where Business & Technology Strategies 19 Converge.
